My Computer > Drive:C > Users > (YourComputerName) > AppData (Goto Folder Options and enabe "show hidden folders and files") > Local > Epic games launcher > Saved > Config > Windows.
Right Click on "Engine.ini" and click "Edit", Now Scroll and go to the end and copy & paste the following text.
[Portal.BuildPatch]
ChunkDownloads=3
ChunkRetries=20
RetryTime=0.5
After this, Go and open "Epic Games Launcher" and Resume your download by pressing the resume button. After it is resumed, click "Downloads".
