Follow steps



First Check Internet connection If your Internet worked Perfect to see how fix white screen error.

How can find Creative Destruction game folder.

Go in steam Folder Where you install and open steamapps>>>>Open Common then go Creative Destruction After Find game. Now open Documents Folder.

Next step 



After Open Documents Folder erase my mean Deletes all file who find in Documents folder.

                                   Watch 

After Deleting Now go back and Run Again. Now you can see White Screen error has gone and no Hanging problem Show.
