First of all go and open ppsspp and open tekken 6 game when game start.Now go to the game setting and follow my these step lets go 

Second go to Rendering mode and turn on (Skip buffer effects.......etc)

 Scroll down and go Framerate control  

frameskipping value 1. And Alternative speed 2 make value 155% Then go to the next menu

Change performance setting 

hardware transform turn on,Software skin,Vertex cache,Lazy texture speed up,Retain Change Texture,Disable Slower effect all Turn On and (Spline/Bezier Curves Quality change in LOW)

OK

Go Display Layout Editor And click option button and select STRETCHING OK

After go to hack setting and click lower resolution and select Aggressive option

(All Setting Done Go final setting)

 Go back and open Audio Setting (Sound enable Turn on)

Globle Vol 10

Audio Backend (Auto)

Audio Latency Make Low

Audio sync Turn on 

Last Sound hack Make Turn On

All Setting Done
